Receiving files in Hello couldn't be easier. In fact, it requires no action at all on the recipient's part; the files just arrive. And as long as Automatically save all received pictures is checked in the Options dialog box, incoming picture files are automatically saved in the folder specified in the same dialog box.
If necessary, you can manually save the current picture. Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen.
