Preparing to Work
You'll configure all of this chapter's compositions for digital video by using one of the composition presets. The first comp you'll create contains the sequence of video footage that serves as the focal point of the entire project.To prepare for this project, do the following:
| 1. | Start with a new project, and save it as Ch7AnimatedColumns. |
| 2. | Import the Footage folder located in the Chapter 7 folder on the book's DVD. |
| 3. | Import the Saleen_logo_Layers.psd file from this chapter's folder on the book's DVD as footage with merged layers. |
| 4. | Create a new composition named Sequence Comp using the composition Preset NTSC DV, 720x480, and set the Duration to 10;00 seconds.Project window with all your footage |
