Introduction
The Web is not just for surfing but is a two-way medium that enables users to be both consumers and producers of information. Using earlier editions of this book, an eight-year-old boy has learned to use HTML, an 80-year-old man has learned to use HTML, and a grandmother from Ireland has learned to use HTML.
