date.setUTCSeconds(seconds)date.setUTCSeconds(seconds, millis)
Arguments
seconds
The seconds field, expressed in universal time, to be set in
date. This argument should be an integer
between 0 and 59.
millis
An optional integer, between 0 and 999, that is used as the new value
(in universal time) of the milliseconds field of
date.
Returns
The millisecond representation of the adjusted date.
