directly in web pages, covers the latest version of the
language, JavaScript 1.5, as supported by Netscape 6 and
Internet Explorer 6. The book also provides complete
coverage of the W3C DOM standard (Level 1 and Level 2),
while retaining material on the legacy Level 0 DOM for
backward compatibility.

CSSStyleSheet createCSSStyleSheet(String title,
String media)
throws DOMException;
Arguments
title
The title of the style sheet.media
A comma-separated list of media types to which the style sheet should
apply.
Returns
A CSSStyleSheet object.
Throws
A DOMException with a code of
SYNTAX_ERR if the media
argument is malformed.
Description
This method creates a new CSSStyleSheet object. Note, however, that
as of Level 2, the DOM standard does not yet define any way to
associate a newly created CSSStyleSheet object with a document.
createCSSStyleSheet( ) is defined not by the
DOMImplementation interface but by its DOMImplementationCSS
subinterface. If an implementation supports the "CSS"
feature, its DOMImplementation object implements this method.
