Publishing the Flash Video
You've now done the hard part, which is getting video into Flash. Actually, doing so is quite easy now, thanks to the combination of the FLVPlayback component and the Import Video wizard. The final remaining issue is to put it in your site.
1. | Save and close the movie in Flash. Open Dreamweaver 8. |
Publishing the movie at this point is pretty much the same as publishing any Flash SWF in a Web page, with a couple of exceptions that you'll work through here.
2. | Open events. Position the insertion point just before the "A Harmony tradition" paragraph, and press Enter/Return once to create an empty paragraph. |
You're creating the space in which you'll put the new Flash movie.[View full size image]

3. | Choose Insert > Media > Flash. Select farmers_market.swf in the site's flash folder and click OK/Choose. In the accessibility dialog that appears, enter Sights and sounds of the farmer's market. as the Title and click OK. |
When you're finished, a gray box representing the Flash movie appears in the page.[View full size image]

4. | Press F12 (Windows) or Option+F12 (Macintosh) to preview the page in a browser, saving the file at the prompt. |
The good news is that the Flash movie appears and the video starts playing. However, the Mojave controls do not appear.
5. | In Dreamweaver's Site panel, locate MojavePlaySeekMute.swf in the flash folder. Press and drag the file until it's in the parent (root) directory. When the dialog appears asking to update the links, click Update. |
When you're finished with this step, the skin file is located in the root directory, at the same level as events.

6. | Press F12 (Windows) or Option+F12 (Mac) to test the page again. |
This time it works![View full size image]
