If you're trying to produce a DVD with Premiere Elements, you're in the wrong place; go back to Chapter 8. Here, you'll produce MPEG files for including in other programs, especially those that can produce VideoCD and SuperVideoCD discs, which Premiere Elements can't.

The two MPEG Multimedia presets are also your best choice for producing files to play back from your hard drive, or to burn to CD-ROM to send to someone else.
