This class is a name/value collection of
HttpPostedFile instances, which represents
incoming files uploaded by a client (using multipart MIME and the
HTTP content type of multipart/formdata). The
HtmlInputFile class in the
System.Web.UI.HtmlControls namespace provides an
easier way to allow a user to upload files.
