This class represents a WSDL <part> element,
which is contained in a <message> element.
Each MessagePart object corresponds to a single
parameter or a return value for a function, and specifies the
variable's Name and either an XML
Type or an XML Element, which
refers to an element from the Types collection.

For example, a GetStockQuote method would have
several messages, including
GetStockQuoteHttpGetOut, and would have a single
MessagePart representing the return value. Return
values are given the Name
"parameters" for a SOAP request or
"Body" for an HTTP request.
