Kindness Of Prophet Muhammad To Children
Our holy Prophet (a.s) loved children very much and he was very kind to them.
He would let children sit on his shoulders and would walk with them. Children
would enjoy the manners of the holy Prophet and they would laugh. The holy
Prophet also would become happy because of the children's happines and would
smile because of the children's innocence.
One day the two small grand-sons of the holy Prophet, Hassan and Hussayn
were sitting in their grandfather's knees who was intertaining them with
love and kindness. A man who was passing by, at seeing the manners of the
holy Prophet with children, was astonished and said, "I have ten children
but until now I have not even kissed any one of them".
The holy Prophet upon hearing the man's remarks became disappointed and said,
"I do not think this man could go to Paradise in the next life".
Our holy Prophet would say Salam to children and would say, "I say Salam
to children and respect them and ask the Muslim parents to respect children
and be very kind to them because those who are not kind to the children they
are not of the Muslim people".
Our holy Prophet was very kind to the children and he would become very happy
because of the innocent laughing of children.
