Prayer (Salat)
Zahra and Saeed, after making Wudu, stand in a clean place and face the Qibla.
They start their prayer with the remembrance of the name of God (Allah).
While praying they stand with a great deal of respect. They do not look around
while praying. They do not talk to anyone while praying.
They do not eat anything while praying. They do not laugh or cry while praying.
They know that while they are praying they are speaking to God and therefore
should remember him alone.
They should also remember all the blessings which God has given them. We
Muslims must pray five times a day: morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and
night.
We pray so that we remember God and thank Him for all His blessings which
He has given us.
