organizational CA hierarchy
Hierarchy in which the CAs are organized based on the classifications of employees in an organization. You would use an organizational CA hierarchy if you need to use different policies for issuing certificates to employees, contractors, administrators, partners, and various other classifications of users.
out-of-band remote management tools
Tools used to access the server by using something other than a network connection, like the serial port. This is helpful if the server is not responding to standard network communications, usually because the server is hung up or the network device has stopped functioning. Out-of-band services are provided by the Emergency Management Services (EMS) on Windows Server 2003.
