Magnify the icons in the DockYou might like to make the icons enlarge as your mouse rolls over them. This is useful if you like to keep the Dock rather small but you want the icons to be bigger when necessary, or if you end up with so many items in your Dock that everything becomes very tiny. As you can see below, just the icons your mouse rolls over become temporarily bigger (the pointer below is on the Safari icon). When "Magnification" is on, the Dock icons grow as you run your mouse over them.[View full size image]
To turn off this feature, repeat the steps 13 above. The option to "Turn Magnification On" has changed into "Turn Magnification Off." Choose it. |
