The Translation Channel
Sherlock's Translation channel (Figure 40 ) uses online software tools to translate words and phrases between several languages, including: English, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish. Type in what you want to translate, click a button, and let Sherlock do the rest.

- Because translations are handled by software tools and not by human translators, they should not be relied upon for complete accuracy.
To translate a word or phrase
1. | Open the Translation channel (Figure 40 ). |
2. | Enter the word or phrase you want to translate in the Original Text box. |
3. | Select a translation option from the pop-up menu (Figure 41 ).Figure 41. The pop-up menu offers quite a few translation options.![]() |
