Changes in the System Namespace

The System.Array class now supports array dimensions up to 64-bits (Long index values).

The System.DateTime class now supports date/times for file timestamps as Universal Time Coordinate (UTC) values.

The System.Uri class now correctly parses complex URLs that contain a hash (#) character.
