Best Practices

• Secure RPC communications across network segments whenever possible.

• Create custom RPC protocol definitions to restrict RPC traffic to specific RPC UUID interfaces.

• Use server publishing rules to protect servers and services from specific types of traffic, particularly RPC-based traffic.
