Chapter 20: Web Storage System Forms, Outlook Web Access, and System.Web.Mail
Overview
So far we have seen how you can program custom applications using the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) in Exchange Server. Now we will turn our attention to taking advantage of some of the technologies in Exchange that will speed up your development and do not require as much coding as the examples we have seen in previous chapters. The technologies we will look at are Web Storage System (WSS) Forms, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and System.Web.Mail. They are very closely related, since you can use Web Storage System Forms to replace the default forms in Outlook Web Access. Plus, you can use Outlook Web Access controls in your Web Storage System Forms. Let's dive in, starting with OWA first.
