Chapter 12: Introducing the Case Study
In this chapter you learn about the background to the case study that you’ll work through in the remainder of the book. It details the business requirements of a news and features service, and provides information about workflows and data structures.We also introduce the three standards specified in the requirements: Publishing Requirements for Industry Standard Metadata (PRISM), the Resource Definition Format (RDF), and RDF Site Summary (RSS).To round off this section, you’ll also look at our first thoughts on a design solution.
