HOW TO SEE YOUR VECTOR EPS FILES IN THE FILE BROWSER
Back in Photoshop 7, if you had a vector EPS file (like an EPS file from Adobe Illustrator) the File Browser basically ignored it. But in Photoshop CS, you can see, and even open these vector EPS files as Photoshop raster files, but to do that, you have to make a little change in the Preferences. Go under the File Browser's Edit menu and choose Preferences. In the Options section at the bottom of the dialog, click on the Render Vector Files checkbox.
