Day Two of this week is occupied with learning about SCOR Level Two processes and mapping the current state of material flow. The design team must address three things: 1) appropriate level of detail; 2) assembling the geographic maps and characterizing each physical location using the SCOR Level Two process types; and 3) assembling a material flow performance spreadsheet.
