An evaluation of the impact of the pilot should be conducted to assess whether the effort met the expectations. If a gap exists in expectations and performance, that might cue planners into certain actions when moving forward with full-scale implementation.If gathered through anecdotal data, although quantitative results are preferred, any data can make a compelling case for pursuing the full-scale adoption. |
