The network infrastructure ensures availability, scalability, security, quality of service, performance, and the ability to simultaneously deliver data, voice, and video. IP streaming and video-on-demand (VoD) applications are highly dependent on a high-capacity network. In many cases, the network infrastructure is the critical factor that determines the extent to which a learning manager may push the envelope for learning innovation. |
