Memo to Newsletter Staff For the headlines of the next issue of the company newsletter, please use a font that is bold and clean; I want the headlines to stand out. Also, please justify the columns only on the left; leave the right side of the columns ragged. A cover letter should be mailed with the newsletter to everyone in the company at his or her home. Can we insert each name and address from the employee list into a standard letter? Do we have the capability to perform this merge?
