Of necessity this chapter introduced only a very small portion of the custom tag library. In addition to the tags that were not covered, there is the whole infrastructure of the servlet and JSP specifications. Anyone doing serious development with JSPs should take the time to become familiar with the full specifications. Like the best toolkits, these tags can greatly facilitate development.
