This chapter will introduce you the brave new world of user-defined functions (UDFs), a feature that has received a complete overhaul in ColdFusion MX. You can now create your own functions to do just about anything you can think of. User-defined functions are easy to write and even easier to use. You use them just like ColdFusion's built-in functions.
