Premiere Elements defaults to the folder where you saved your project file, which is fine.
Name your title something recognizable like "opening title" so you can easily find it later in the Media window.
Premiere Elements closes the Save Title window and returns to the Title Designer. You can start working on another title, or click the X in the upper right to close the window and return to editing.
Let's create some additional titles, then drag them into the project.
