This interface defines the properties the IDE should be able to
access to retrieve information about a user control at design time.
This includes two properties, InnerText (the
complete content inside the user control tag) and
TagName (the tag name used by the control). The
UserControl class implements the
IUserControlDesignerAccessor interface.
