This class provides shared (static) helper methods that retrieve the
information used to persist a control and its state. For example, the
PersistControl( ) method returns a string that
looks very similar to the control tag used in the
.aspx file, with the named class used instead of
the "asp:" prefix. Typically, this
class is used only by the IDE.
