The ListControlBuilder class is used internally by
ASP.NET. It is created by the page parser when it encounters a
<mobile:List> or
<mobile:SelectionList> tag. It is used to
process any contained <mobile:Item> tags
that define the initial set of items that will be added to the
List or SelectionList.
