This delegate represents the method that will handle the
PagedControl.LoadItems event. This event fires
when a control that uses internal pagination requires more data. You
can examine the range of data that is being requested by inspecting
the LoadItemsEventArgs.ItemIndex and
LoadItemsEventArgs.ItemCount properties. You can
then prepare this subset of the data, and bind it to the appropriate
control.
