Conclusion

The goal for this final chapter was to pull all the pieces that we've talked about earlier into a single example. By showing how all the various techniques work together, we hope it's clear that being bulletproof is about thinking aheadplanning for the unexpected. It's an ongoing process, and one that that's never 100% complete. It's never a single choice, but a series of decisions and trade-offs that, in the end, can improve a Web site's integrity and ensure that you reach the widest audience possible while still maintaining a compelling design.

The tools (XHTML and CSS) are here and ready to be used. New techniques are constantly being invented. It's an exciting time for Web designers; we can create compelling visuals that at the same time have the flexibility to convey information in as many environments and scenarios as possible.

So, I hope that you will take the guidelines and techniques explained in this book and create your ownextending the flexibility even further.

Thanks for reading!
