Securing the IPT infrastructure
This chapter uses information collected in the design questionnaires listed in Appendixes D, "IPT Design Phase: IP Phone Selection Questionnaire," through F, "Ordering T1/E1 PRI from the Carrier Questionnaire". It also uses the information collected about XYZ in Chapter 3, "Large-Scale Enterprise Requirements for IP Telephony." To review the high-level architecture of the proposed IPT solution for XYZ, which is a multisite WAN with distributed call processing, see Figure 5-1 in Chapter 5, "Design Phase: Network Infrastructure Design."
