It's time for a deep breath. If a Windows Server 2003 deployment were like the
Wizard of Oz , at this point we'd be in front of the wizard for the first time, thinking that all we need to do is ask for our heart/brain/home/courage. Instead, we're about to face the most daunting part of the entire adventure. The next two chapters cover the Encrypting File System and Public Key Infrastructure.
After we've made it through that deep, dark place, we'll set up the user environment so everyone will be comfortable on the network, then configure dial-up services so everyone can be comfortable working from home, then plan for disaster recovery so we can go home, whether that's in Kansas or an apartment across town.
