There is an incredible team of people that make Wrox books happen and this one was no exception - none of this would have been possible without the professional talents (and patience) of Paul, Nikki, Catherine, Mike, Helen, and the rest of the Wrox editorial team, including countless reviewers whose comments helped shape the books content. I would like to give special thanks to Bill Sempf for his work, both as a reviewer and contributor.

Behind the scenes, there are many people I work with on a day-to-day basis, especially Colin, Pearl, Alice, and Lisa, who have been a sounding board and have had to hear about this project for the past four months. As always, a big thank you needs to go out to the Crystal Decisions Asia Pacific team for their support and assistance, and to Chris and Craig in particular for their faith and confidence in me, and for continually keeping me challenged.

And on a personal note, there is a worldwide network of friends and family who offer their support and encouragement on a daily basis, which I couldnt do without. Thanks to Mark and Emer for the late night advice and to my family for their love and support. Nunc scio quit sit amor.
