Handout Wizard for PowerPoint creates handouts in presentation format and lets you use layout templates and create your own layouts (www.mvps.org/skp/how/).
Print-Only Handouts replaces the standard Print dialog box with a custom Print dialog box that allows only handouts to be printed. This is useful if you find yourself accidentally printing slides one-per-page instead of handouts, or if others are doing that on the computers you control (www.mvps.org/skp/savetree).
Print Custom Show prints a custom show, complete with correctly numbered pages (www.mvps.org/skp/customprn).
