PowerPoint 2003 is part of Office 2003, which has a fairly rigorous set of system requirements for itself. If your system meets these, and you can run PowerPoint 2003 successfully, you should have no trouble with the CD that accompanies this book.
Office 2003 requires:
PC with Pentium 233 MHz or higher processor, Pentium III recommended
Microsoft Windows XP, or Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 or later
128MB of RAM or above
400MB of available hard disk space
CD-ROM drive (if installing from CD)
Super VGA (800 × 600) or higher resolution monitor
In addition you will need 300MB of space to install the materials on this CD.
