Here’s how this tool works. First, you use the Eyedropper tool to sample the color you want to replace in the Toolbox’s Background color square. Then, you choose the color you’re using as the replacement in the Foreground color square. After that, you select various settings on the Options bar, select a brush, and stroke on the new color while the old sampled color is automatically replaced.
