Chapter 32. Creating Parent/Child Relationships

InDesign introduces a great master page feature unavailable in XPress: You can base master pages on other master pages using a parent-child relationship. For example, many books and catalogs use several different-but-very-similar master pages. By creating one "parent" master page and then basing the other "child" master pages on it, you can later make changes to the parent that ripple through to all the child master pages.
