Chapter 41. Checking SpellingWhether you've imported text into your document or typed it directly, you'll probably want to check the spelling before you go to press. When InDesign checks spelling it highlights words which are misspelled or unknown, based on whatever language dictionaries you've assigned to your text (see Chapter 42). Unlike XPress, it also finds double words and capitalization errorsit even flags unknown single-letter words, which XPress ignores. |
