Just as you can create and apply paragraph and character styles to automate the process of applying text attributes, so you can create and apply

printer styles to automate the process of printing. A printer style is a collection of settings, including almost all the choices you can make in InDesign's Print dialog box. InDesign's Printer Styles commands work almost identically to QuarkXPress's Print Styles feature.
