Glow
Glow is an unusual, special-purpose effect. It's similar to Soft Focus, but affects only a photo's white areas.

To set the amount and size of the glow effect, adjust the Intensity and Radius sliders.
.When you're satisfied with the effect, click Apply. Or click Cancel if you've changed your mind.
