Automated Commands
The Picture Package and Web Photo Gallery built-in automated commands can be customized to some extent. It can take a bit of effort, but it's worth it when you start using these commands over and over again. In addition, it's possible to customize a command such as Contact Sheet II after the fact (and all of these commands are found under File>Automate in Photoshop or Tools>Photoshop in Adobe Bridge).
