ONE WORLD, ONE CIVILIZATION NEITHER CLASH NOR DIALOGUE

Nabi Sonboli

Mr :Nabi Sonboli holds an M.A.in International relations and he is currently working at the International and Legal Studies section of Institute for Political & International Studies (IPIS)

When we talk about "dialog or clash of civilizations, we at least, have two important preposition in our mind: 1-There are different real entities that are called civilizations. 2-They are a set of closed circles that may clash or dialogue. The main question that I would like to deal with is that: Are there, really, different civilizations in the world? Based on my studies and also different papers that we received last year in the conference of" Heritage of Ancient Civilizations" with the participation of Iran, Italy, Egypt and Greece (that will be published soon with my edition), I want to argue that the mutual cultural impacts of people of the world in the past and present centuries are so hard that we can talk about a unitary civilization, today; which all people of the world in different ages have contributed to its development.
