Chapter 16), but Murphy's Law says that when you need your notes, they will be nowhere to be found. Rather than fumbling around, you may want to refer to the notes on-screen.
Not only can you view notes during a presentation, but you can take more notes. To access your notes pages during a presentation, display the Slides menu and choose Screen⇨Speaker Notes. A Speaker Notes box appears (see Figure 15-15). You can just view the notes, or you can make changes to them. When you're finished, close the window.

Tip | If you need to refer frequently to your speaker notes as you present, consider using a multi-monitor configuration as described in the next section. That way you can leave the notes box on-screen for yourself without the audience seeing it. |
