Constant Width Bold Used in code sections to highlight portions of the code. Italic Used to introduce new terms, for emphasis, to indicate commands or user-specified file and directory names, and to indicate variables within text. Bold Used to display the names of database objects, such as tables, columns, and stored procedures. UPPERCASE ITALIC Used to indicate SQL keywords when they appear in the text.
