Chapter 13 you analyzed the input data structures for the NewsLine application. Now its time to look into the output data structures and transforms needed to push your InfoPath meta data to Excel, to RSS news feeds, and to the NewsLine customer Web site.First we’ve included a brief digression into the new XML features in Excel 2003. If you are already completely familiar with XML lists, the mapping interface and procedures, and importing and exporting XML, you can skip this section. Next you’ll look into the Excel export data schema and how to map the output on to the payment analysis spreadsheet. To wind up the case study, you’ll consider a modular structure that will support both the RSS output for the news feed and the XML/RDF archived and delivered as HTML in the customer interface.
