Fill Light
Photos shot indoorsespecially those taken at night without the benefit of a flashoften contain areas that are too dark. By applying the Fill Light tool, you may be able to improve these photos by brightening the dark areas without washing out the lighter areas.
Open the picture for editing and click the Basic Fixes tab.

After applying Fill Light
When satisfied, click the Back To Library button above the Basic Fixes panel.
