In this task, you'll learn how to place a bitmap image on the stage and position it. The ability to import both bitmap and vector graphics and incorporate them into Flash movies is very powerful.
1.
| Click Frame 1 of the photos layer .

Any time you import, add, change, or remove content to or from the stage, you must first select the keyframe in which the change is to take place.

| Choose File > Import > Import to Stage. Browse to mushrooms.jpg on the CD-ROM in the Lesson07/Start folder. Click Open .

A digital photograph of mushrooms appears on the stage.

| Use the Selection (Arrow) tool to drag the mushroom photo to the upper-right corner. If you'd like to place it more precisely, use the Property inspector to set its X value to 240 and its Y value to 10 .
