Acceptance or Rejection of Proposal

ABCD reserves the sole right to decide whether a proposal does or does not substantially comply with the requirements of this RFP, and to accept, reject or negotiate modifications to vendor proposals or parts thereof. The lowest bidder will not necessarily be awarded the contract.

All proposals submitted will be considered proprietary and will not be released to any outside party in part or in full. Neither the transmission of the RFP to a prospective vendor nor acceptance of a reply shall imply any obligation or commitment on the part of ABCD.

Contract Award

Vendors will be notified of the acceptance or non-acceptance of their proposals by letter.

Timeframe

This RFP is only being submitted to hot site vendors. It is intended that the selection of a site will be followed by the finalization of a formalized business continuity plan. To achieve this, we have set the following timetable:
