To insert a comment in a slide
On the Insert menu, click Comment.
In the comment box, type your comment.

To insert a comment in a slide object
In the Slide pane, click the slide, and then select the object.
On the Insert menu, click Comment.
In the comment box, type your comment and then click anywhere outside the comment box.

Double-click the small box that indicates the existence of a comment.
Click in the comment text, make your changes, and then click outside of the comment box to close it.

To hide/display comments
On the Reviewing toolbar, click the Markup button.

To display the Revisions task pane
Right-click any toolbar, and then click Revisions.
|
|
Right-click the comment box in the slide, and then click Delete Comment.
|

To delete all comments in a slide
On the Reviewing toolbar, click the down arrow to the right of the Delete Comment button, and then click Delete All Markers on the Current Slide.

Click the small box in the slide to display the marker.
Select the check boxes for the changes you want to apply or unapply.
On the Reviewing toolbar, click the Apply or Unapply button.

On the Tools menu, click Options.
Click the Security tab to display security options.
In the Password to modify box, type a password.
Click OK to close the Options dialog box.
In the Confirm Password dialog box, in the Reenter password to modify box, type the password, and then click OK.

To open a password-protected file as read-only
Double-click the protected file.
In the Password dialog box, click Read Only.

To send a presentation for review by using e-mail
On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Mail Recipient (for Review).
Click in the To: box, if necessary, and then type the recipient’s e-mail address.
Click in the message area below the text Please review the attached document, and if necessary, type an additional note.
On the Message toolbar, click the Send button.

On the View menu, point to Toolbars, and then click Reviewing, if necessary.
On the Tools menu, click Compare and Merge Presentations.
Navigate to the folder that contains the file, click the file, and then click Merge.
Click Continue.
